OPA is teaming up with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) to bring postdocs two virtual trainings back to back!
- 12-1pm: DEI 1.0: Awareness
- 1-2pm: DEI 2.0: Implicit Bias
Participants will be led through discussions around what Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion mean and how they inform our work at the University. Additionally, participants will explore the concept of Implicit Bias and learn strategies to identify and mitigate its effects in daily life.
