This workshop is designed to give mentors a framework for crafting effective and productive research mentoring relationships. After attending this workshop, participants will be able to describe the benefits of mentoring for both mentees and mentors, implement characteristics of successful research mentoring, and create a plan for effective undergraduate mentoring.
