Every day
8:30 am
FLTC 301, 520 S Euclid Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110

As postdocs, you are in a unique position where you are navigating a more complex relationship with your mentor(s) and providing guidance to mentees in your labs. This program uses a curriculum that reflects this dual role available from the University of Wisconsin Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research. It is effective in improving your relationship with both mentors and mentees.

Each mentorship training session lasts 1.5 hours and will meet March 27-28 & April 1-2, 2019 from 8:30-10:00 am. It is highly recommended that you attend all 4 sessions in order to receive a completion certificate. The interactive format consists of learning mentoring skills through case studies in small and large group discussions. Each session is led by a facilitator who has completed the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) implementation training.
