May is Mental Health Awareness Month, an important topic to consider and address in the postdoctoral community. Postdocs face many unique stressors and challenges during their time at WashU. This session will introduce attendees to Mindfulness to effectively reduce stress and burnout while improving your ability to be more resilient.
