The WashU Black Postdoctoral Association (WashU BPA) is an interdisciplinary community of postdoctoral fellows committed to creating, cultivating, and solidifying a protected, inclusive space of advocacy and support.

The mission of the WashU BPA is to enhance the postdoctoral experience at WashU by establishing a sense of unity among Black postdoctoral fellows, serving their needs and concerns, and providing them with career development training, peer-to-peer counseling, and mentorship.

Join us!

Although WashU BPA’s focus is on the experiences of the Black postdoc community, all postdocs are welcome to participate. We meet on the last Thursday of every month. Join us!
