OPA is teaming up with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to bring postdocs two virtual trainings back to back!

  • 11-12pm: DEI 3.0: Standing-up
  • 12-1pm: DEI 4.0: Action 

Participants will be led through discussions around microaggressions and how we can be “upstanders” and prevent further harm. These trainings will discuss moving toward action by introducing multiple techniques for speaking up and offering participants opportunities to practice.
