Knowing that family members are safe and well-cared for is the cornerstone of a healthy work-life balance. WashU provides resources for both child care and older adult or dependent adult in addition to mental health resources for caregivers and children and/or older adults.
Emergency & Back Up Family Care
Use up to 20 days of backup care annually with Bright Horizons when you experience a lapse in regular caregiving arrangements (for children and dependent adults) that prevents you from working.
