Learn about the Effective Career Planning for International Scholars, a 7-week program addressing the intersection of career exploration and immigration education.

In this info session, participants will be exposed to geographical considerations for long-term career planning and have an opportunity to reflect on their long-term career plans. We will discuss the advantages of the 7-week program, which includes workshops and peer mentoring groups and guides participants to strategically plan for professional development goals that satisfy the immigration criteria for permanent residence.

The program is funded by a Burroughs Wellcome Fund Career Guidance for Trainees grant. It is open to Drexel University, Washington University in St. Louis, and Stony Brook University postdocs. Also, Ph.D. students from Drexel University are invited to participate in this program.
