During this busy time of year we all need to remember to take time for ourselves and prioritize our personal wellness.
It’s no secret that increasing certain behaviors around health and wellness can improve overall health outcomes. It’s also no secret that we only have 24 hours in a day. We often push taking care of ourselves to the bottom of a growing list of other obligations around work, family, household duties, etc. In this presentation, we will discuss ways to use smaller increments of time to our benefit and improve overall wellness.
