The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is brining in Molly Grisham to help us all better understand conflict, conflict styles, and how to come to a resolution.
In this session, participants will learn about the five default conflict styles. While the topic sounds painful the session is designed to be very interactive. Participants will be encouraged to discover who they become in conflict, who their peers or colleagues become in conflict, and how to bridge those differences. This session includes time spent in small groups, large groups, as well as several group activities.
