This presentation will give strategies to set clear goals during times of celebration, and suggestions to implement before and during celebrations to prioritize wellness.
About the facilitator: Erin McGraw, MS, RD, LD is a Registered Dietitian for My Way to Health. She received her B.S. in Health and Sports Studies from Miami University, and completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University with an emphasis in pediatrics. In 2019 she earned her Master of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University. Erin’s passion lies in connecting with others and cultivating a collaborative and realistic approach to nourishing the body.
