The Leadership Management in Action Program (LMAP) is an active-learning training program for postdocs and graduate students in the biosciences, designed to build a leadership, management, and inclusive teamwork skillset. Trainees work in teams on experiential case studies and activities in the LMAP curriculum, led by a facilitator with expertise in leadership training. The program meets weekly for 6 weeks and is capped with writing a leadership statement.
This LMAP cohort will run March 29th – May 3rd. Trainees will meet every Wednesday from 9-11am on the Medical Campus in Farrell Learning & Teaching Center (FLTC), room 204.
Please complete you application by end of day on March 9th, after which 16 participants will be selected for the Spring 2023 cohort.
