The WUSTL Black Postdoctoral Association (WUSTLBPA) is an interdisciplinary community of Black postdoctoral fellows committed to creating, cultivating, and solidifying a protected, inclusive space of advocacy and support. The mission of the WUSTLBPA is to enhance the postdoctoral experience at WUSTL by establishing a sense of unity among Black WUSTL postdoctoral fellows serving their needs and concerns, and providing them with career development training, peer-to-peer counseling, and mentorship.
