The WUSTL Black Postdoctoral Association (WUSTLBPA) is an interdisciplinary community of postdoctoral fellows committed to creating, cultivating, and solidifying a protected, inclusive space of advocacy and support. The mission of the WUSTLBPA is to enhance the postdoctoral experience at Washington University by establishing a sense of unity among WUSTL Black postdoctoral fellows, serving their needs and concerns, and providing them with career development training, peer-to-peer counseling, and mentorship.
Although WUSTLBPA’s focus is on the experiences of the Black postdoc community, all postdocs are welcome to participate. Join us!
