Fundamentals of DEI for Postdocs
This series of 4 one-hour training sessions introduces postdoctoral appointees at WashU to the fundamentals of diversity education. Postdocs are expected to complete all four sessions during their first year of employment. The series sessions are Awareness, Understanding, Commitment, and Action.
International Postdocs
Almost 70% of our postdoctoral appointees are on temporary visas. Even more were born and raised outside of the United States. Our international postdocs bring talent, experiences, and resilience. We are here to support you.
